14-day money-back guarantee

Agentomate offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and returns. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take a few business days after approval.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle; after cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid period and are not charged again. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, email us at agentomateapp@gmail.com within 14 days of that charge and we will make it right.
